repetative hub 3 reboots then slow connectivity

Ive had it happen before and its taken a few days then settled down and been fine but probably shouldn't be occurring!

On a super hub 3 which tonight has once again seemingly gone into a reboot , work for a bit but slowly then reboot once again loop. By slowly, I mean speeds of 10-20 rather than the 300+ im used to.

Im on the 500 connection, in modem mode and on a wired connection.

Have tried getting through on the phone, but so far its all hold music!

Anyone know of any fixes I can try myself?
