I’m having similar problems (and struggles getting through on the phone) so thought I’d try here. Have checked all the connections and tried rebooting the hub, and gone through the things that were suggested here, but the solid red light has stayed for a few days now. The hub’s about three years old at this stage.
It’s quite important to have WiFi since I work from home, so thought trying for help here as well would be worth the attempt.
Would appreciate any help that can be provided!
