red light on virgin media hub

Hi I have the same issue with my hub. I've tried everything that was said above but the red light is still on! This has been happening for the past 3 days, the internet is still working but I do not want to leave it any longer as I need my internet to be available. Please can you send me a new hub - the current one is 3 years old thank you!

Yes it will probably need replacing, but it must be done by a technician.

Could you tell us whether you've tried to do a Pin-Hole reset please? 

If you have and it is still showing the red light, let us know and we can help further!

I'd like to take a look into this for you and arrange for the hub to be swapped.
