For 1.5 year everything was okay with the service.
Now, loss of wired internet and wireless signal. Usually, 10 minutes before things get back to normal. This is happening a few times a day. It has started happening more frequently over the last month or so. When this happens, only the white light is on (hub3).
Tried everything: reboot, unplugged from the wall socket, pin reset.
Googled and checked virgin community.. Changed settings, channels, tested service but results are okay.
Very annoying issue, especially when I have to work from home with video conferencing or streaming movies, playing online etc.
