"Area Issue" - 30+ days, no updates...

Starting to get really frustrated with an issue that first started on or around the 21st July.

Initially, I had a very unstable connection with constant disconnects lasting 3 to 4 days, making the connection somewhat unusable. It was rare to have it last more than 10 minutes without the line dropping. It's been 'stable' for the last couple of weeks but the latency and speeds are slowly killing me.

The service status phone number acknowledges an area issue, the website acknowledges an area issue... after running a test. No estimated fix dates, although I have been given some previously, which, have come and gone.

I've been out of contract for quite some time now and i'm really starting to weigh up my options. I've had no information on this fault, bad news is better than no news!

Package: M500

Packet loss looks the same over the last 30 days, with the odd day spiking to 20 - 30%
Outage was due to me factory resetting the router (Hub3) early this morning. Insane number of Pre/Post RS Errors in the short time it been back online.

Hi @SlowlyGivingUp,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm so sorry to hear you've been experiencing some connection issues recently. I've checked over things on our systems and I'm unable to detect any faults currently that would explain this. Are things any better for you today?

Thanks,
