Hi

Was wondering if virgin staff could take a look at my connection please. I seem to be getting a lot of packet loss and latency related issues. Noticed that my post RS error count is also quite high. My BQM doesn't look too bad from what I can see but my connection is really suffering. My power levels seem to be on the high side, although are just within limits. The last virgin tech put a 3db forward path on to help with upstream levels around 6 months ago but I have since upgraded to hub 5 and 1gbps. I have checked all internal cabling and performed factory reset on the hub. I'll post my stats below as well for reference.

Post up the Upstream data and network logs - also a link to your "share live" BQM.

Also have the PostRS errors increased since what you posted above ?
