i am having real problems with wifi throughout the house.
we have a hub 3 currently and virgin sent one of the new hub booster but is useless, having to use 4g upstairs, seems to be worse since we upgraded.
really frustrating as now need to increase my daughters data allowance.

Sorry to hear about the issues with the service
I did have a look at a few things and came across an issue with your upstream levels
I will need to book an engineer to come out and fix this
We can also have a look at the wifi and pod for you as well
To do this
