packet loss

Hi

I have been having connectivity issues a while now, especially seen when I have video calls with other people at work (while WFH). My company have diagnostic tools and said there was 97% packet loss on the works server connection to my IP (where as other people on the call had on average 0.3% packet loss). I removed all ethernet cables and rebooted the router and ran the diagnostic routine which reports wifi issues. Here's stats from the router. Note: I rebooted approx: 3 hours ago, so stats reflect a 3 hour period. Any suggestions?

Logs show T3 timeouts yet the counter table show none...I wonder if thats now broken in the hub.

I think it’s because the log shows downstream T3’s and the upstream T3’s are shown under the upstream tab.

Thanks. I set a BQM up about 1:30pm. I'll let it run for a few days before posting it for review.

So interestingly, after setting up a BQM on friday afternoon (9th April), at approx 3:30pm on Saturday 10th, the BQM reports a continuous 100% packet loss. I left it overnight and it was still 100%. It only cleared after I rebooted my router. Screenshot 2021-04-11 at 10.50.18.png

 

I'm not sure what triggered it. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear of the broadbadn connection issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forum and welcome to the community.

 

From looking at your account and connection there appears to be a wider issue effecting the local area, the issue is reported as SNR (noise on the line) with a reference of F008937913. The estimated fix date at the time of posting this is the 19th April at 9am.

 

Our engineers are currently working hard to fully resolve this as quickly as possible, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
