Hi, since the last couple of days i have been getting packet loss on my internet. If i restart the hub it seems to fix it temporarily but then intermittently will return.
I have the hub on modem mode linked to Deco M9 plus wifi system which i've never had issues with up until now. Can someone please help as it's impeding my ability to work from home.
many thanks

Please post all the stats, we need to see the power levels for Downstream and Upstream. Copy and paste the information as screenshots are not very legible and contain MAC addresses etc. Using C+P the Board software will strip these out. However, the network log seems to indicate a lot of SYNC issues, so there is an issue.

Please also make sure that there are test results that show Packet Loss as that is the complaint.
E.g. from : https://speed.cloudflare.com/
All Public DNS are capable of discarding or blocking repeated pings.
Try running 50x nslookup hp.com 1.1.1.1 How many times does that fail ?

Hey hassan18786,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment, I have looked into this and all of the downstream channels of your connection, have power levels that are too high at the moment and would need a technician visit to resolve them. I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment. Please look out for the private message and we can get started.
Kind Regards,
Steven_L
