packet loss issue / 0.01 mb upload

I usually get 356mb download and 50mb upload and now i usually get 200 mb download and 0.01 upload for no reason this started happening during quarantine and happens most likely from 12pm to 6pm. I have video evidence of this happening while playing video games and i can show network logs to see if there is something wrong since i don't know much about network logs, i've been scouting around how to fix this issue but haven't resolved it yet. please help me.

Please post the data from your 'Downstream' (Both tables) and 'Upstream' tabs.

You got the original data from your HUB (Network log).

We require more data, from the tabs mentioned, to help understand the issue.

This should look more accurate than before


Your upstream power levels are on the high side (Power levels are reported a decimal out so above is 51/50), which could be causing the large number of errors, that your HUB appears to be correcting in the main, however, could cause slower than expected speeds.

what should i do? i get packet loss every single time i play games from a certain time pretty much everyday. its only fun playing at night i would love to make it enjoyable at all times.
