my package will be be changed from 10th of August and the payment amount will go to 67 pound and i would like to change my package because of that but i am not able to reach anyone over the phone support or message also over the phone it asks me to provide a password details which i don't know where to look for please help me out.
The password is actually the memorable word that you set up when registering, probably something along the lines of maiden name etc.
If you don't enter the correct details, or don't enter anything at all, then the call should still be picked up by an agent, and they can ask other questions to validate that you are the account holder.
You can also ask then to send a reminder of the "password" by post.
You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of regrade to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111,Options 1, 1 and 4, butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
