i ordered a wifi pod (for free as part of volt) through the whatsapp chap with an agent. gave them all the details and proof of low speed in an area of the house. they confirmed to me that they successfully placed the order and that i'd get sent a message/email with delivery details within 4 hours.
that was over 3 days ago though and i've not got any email/message with these details. i can't see the order in the myvm app either.
could someone here check my account to see if the order has actually gone through please? thank you
