opt out of hotspot

i select opt out, it throws an error saying cant save settings.

i go to virgin media website and login then go to profile then i look for opt in or opt out, i click opt out, and then save, and then it throws error, can't save your settings

You're not using your own router and got the VM hub in modem mode?

It’s a known error and happens regardless of modem mode or not.

i did phone up and they still couldnt do it, they said they had smae error mesage on their end too

If you really want to opt out you could use modem mode..
