Do you want any assistance in solving your issues or are you content to let off steam and leave ?

Re: no wifi

My Virgin Media fibre service has been losing internet connectivity on and off for two days. This is not my equipment (I've been networking since before WiFi was invented). My devices - I/m using 4 to test this - connect to the Hub 3 but it is definitely not on the internet all the time. Rebooted the Hub. Has not stopped the internet dropping.

Of course, it is working now. But not being able to count on the internet being there when I come back from the shops is pretty disappointing.

Also, I'm paying for M350 Fibre Broadband but have not see anything over 70/30 in recent random checks.

Re: no wifi

zcobb: Are you testing over wifi or ethernet cable connected devices - do both lose connectivity?

Maxing out at 70 suggests it could be an issue with the test device - is it a pc/laptop - if so is it Gigabit enabled? - if a "phone" is it on 2.4 or 5 GHz band and what make/model of phone is it - does it have N or AC capability ?

Good points - I will try some more tests tomorrow if I have time.
