Hi
Our broadband has been down 24 hours and I can't get through to virgin.
My son is desperate to complete homework for his gcses and is not able to without a connection
Virgin are not picking up and the app is not helping me get help either.
Have followed all the advise given including restarts resets and cable checking but no change.
Any advice?

Hi Rob,
Which hub do you have and what are lights doing?
Have you used the /check-services/i function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
If no faults are showing, or the online app fails to book a tech then you should call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and help.
