hi all I've received a new hub after my old one was having problem for some time, I had a hub3 but they've given me a hub 4, speeds are good and wireless aswel, but im experiencing high packet loss, which of course makes gaming not so good, I've been monitoring it with the bqm and as you'll see yourself there's a lot .I haven't changed anything on the hub, just plugged it in and connected devices

The red wall may be due to the fact that your new Hub will have a new/different ip address. Do a "whats my ip" search and see if that matches the ip address in your BQM settings. If it doesnt - change the monitor to the new address
