network problem

i have 2 smart tv and my internet will not connect to them but i do have the internet on all other thinks but when  i had sky both of them where connect fine hope someone can help i have reboot the hub and still does not work

Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the TV and plug it into a device such as a laptop; does it work? If it does there is something wrong with the TV's internet connectivity.

have not cable in the tv why can i not use the smart tv as wireless
