move from upstairs to downstairs, how much will it cost, is it £25 plus extras ie labour and parts?

also landline downstairs no longer works cos of VM changes

Yes its £25 - all in.  Just call in on 150 (VM Phone - free) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone - national rate).

VM are moving to VOIP - so you now need to plug your phone's base station into the phone port on the Hub - VM supply an adapter to facilitate this
