need a new router, cannot contact VM

hello,

My router has a fault whereby the red light for overheating is on, (though its not hot) and reading several threads, it needs replacing. tried calling numerous numbers for Virgin, but all are automated with no person to person contact, and so i cannot get through to you that my router needs replacing!!

your a bit of a joke now VM. 

can someone contact me in regards getting this changed please?????

I will do,

although i am astounded that its has taken me this whole rigmarole of signing up to the community page, numerous back and forth messages, just to get someone from VM to get in contact?

why could i not just get through to someone on the phone?

totally ridiculous.

Calling at 08.00 usually gets you through quickly.

Even quicker if you follow option 1,1,4,4 - "thinking of leaving" !
