my wifi isnt working in all rooms

My Wifi isnt now working in all the rooms in the house. We have been with Virgin for over 7 years and this is a recent problem.

What Hub model do you have. Is it workinf fine as expected in the room where the Hub is located?
If not - what is happening on devices connected by ethernet cable direct to the Hub?
If it is ok - it sounds like you need to improve your wireless network.

Hi

have you added something new recently?

if not try a pin hole reset on the router, hold the button down for about 10seconds. This will take the hub through a sequence of reboots and can help lots of annoying issues. 

You can also disconnect a device from the WI-FI in your settings and then reconnect this can also help.
