Hiya. When we had our broadband installed last year, there was already a Virgin socket in our living room from a previous occupant, so we just went with that without thinking. However, this is the most remote corner of the flat, and we often can't get a wifi connection in the bedroom on the other side. From reading this forum, I see that it's possible to get the router connection moved - I don't know why we didn't think of this months ago! Could I please arrange for this to be moved to the hallway in the middle of the flat?
Cheers, Simon

Hey Virgin, my router is also too far from my home study/office. I've tried powerline extenders and they're still not strong enough, so would like to get the router moved one room across into my hallway which is more central. I'm happy to pay the £25 to have a technician do this for me. Please can this be arranged? Thanks

Piggybacking off this post as we would also like to move our router and socket from the remote front of the house to the lounge which is more central. Can we arrange for a technical visit to move this, please? Thanks.
