Hi Team, hoping someone will see this and contact me to arrange the move on my incoming service point please?
We are undergoing a rewire and refurb and need the incoming cable moved a few paces along.
I have tried contacting VM though their phone service, but unfortunately, it tells me that they are closed even though I saw a chart that said they are open until 20:00 on a Saturday evening.

Try again tomorrow.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
