lost packets after IP address change

My IP address changed about 2 weeks ago and since then the internet has been laggy e.g. when browsing, and audio drop outs  / break up on conference calls.  BQM shows fairly constant lost packets with some bad spikes.  Speedtests are OK and doesn't look to be anything in the logs and stats.  Can someone from VM please take a look and get this fixed

BQM before IP Address change - no lost packets

BQM after IP address change  - constant red fringe (zoom in if on phone) with much larger spikes of red at various points

Re: lost packets after IP address change

actually just noticed one of my upstream has dropped to 32.  I know some people say on here that's not an issue but my line is normally 4 at 64.  Seems to be changing up and down every few seconds

Re: lost packets after IP address change

Already done that and checked the cable is tight into the Hub  - the BQM is after a re-boot on Friday morning.  Just done another one and the QAM is still flipping 32 to 64 and back again so assume there's noise on the line

Yes, that's usually why the QAM drops to cope with a less than perfect circuit.
