for the last month the router drops all wifi connections with no warning and this has got worse in the last week, i still have ethernet connection and while the problem is happening the green wifi light on the hub flashes randomly. it restores if the hub is restarted or it is just left and it restores itself. no settings have been changed on the hub prior to this it worked fine.
customer services are useless and refuse to acknowledge the problem even when i have spoken to them while the problem was happening. because their tests do not acknowledge the fault the answer is "Computer says No" being logical it could only be a faulty hub so even just send out a new one to eliminate it would be a start but "Computer says No"
been with virgin for 20 odd years feel like that may be coming to an end
