latency spikes

come on guys, how I suppose to explain latency spikes to a customer service? Anyone that had doubtful pleasure to deal with virgin support call centre knows how it will go.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

Sorry to see this - I've not been able to locate your system from the forum details provided. Is there any issues listed on our status page - https://virg.in/service or if you call our service line on 0800 561 0061.

Hopefully all is sorted since your post, but if not, can you post your Hub status and logs? How to do this;
• Please go to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode), 
• Don't log in, click on 'router status' 
• Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. Please do not include your MAC address.
