keep getting disconnected on all devices

Hi

Once a week i keep getting disconnected on all my devices i have only been with VM just over a month and already had them out once again since the initial install date dont know if you could shed any light on the below logs at all

I'm wondering if the upstream power levels are a little on the low side - Someone, significantly more knowledgeable should be along shortly to give an opinion!

They are low yes.
