internet unstable superhub 3

Internet has been acting super strange, I’ve noticed the internet starts going super slow to the point where it can’t even load Netflix without me having to restart the hub, and it’s quite frustrating because we’ve had virgin media team plenty times now to come and fix our issues but the issues seem to just keep coming back. I’ve now caught my internet reboot itself which I’ve never seen it do, maybe it was a firmware update I don’t know but it was very annoying as it was unexpected. I then did a diagnostic check and it said I had issues with my WiFi but then nothing continued, here is my network log :

(I don’t understand what any of it means but I’m hoping someone can help me out and possibly fix my router issue without having to replace it)

Go back in and post up all off the data from the Upstream & Downstream pages - post the logs again as well.
Do things work ok on an ethernet cable connection?

Only have 1 device capable with Ethernet and it seems to be completely fine never has any connectivity issues, it’s also a bit strange because the internet usually gets at its worst at night which I find strange because it’s when the least devices are connected 

here’s all the logs and info (might have to post in separate replies because only allowed 20k characters

I wouldn’t have really bothered to check out the internet because I just assumed it was being painfully slow just because it’s slow but then when my router turned itself off and before that I couldn’t even load a YouTube video for the past week without issues then I knew something was up so that’s when I checked diagnostics and it said there’s an issue with the WiFi but it didn’t explain what to do from there or what was wrong with the WiFi
