internet not been working for over a day, hub3

i’ve tried everything and still doesn’t work. after a reset or turning it off and on again it turns back on as normal, wifi light solid green, ethernet light solid green, the bar light is white. so it should work right? nope.

when connected through wifi (my phone) it shows i am connected but it doesn’t actually work. ethernet doesn’t connect at all

any help would be really appreciated right now

Check for a known local fault via 0800 561 0061
Check the Hub's Router status tabs for signs of issues e.g. missing channels
Call it in as a fault on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone
