internet drop outs - RCS Partial Service and SYNC Timing Synchronization failure

It getting to the point where i wonder what the point is in staying with Virginmedia, at least every month there seems to be a wide outage in my area and I always seem to have additional problems, when its works its fast, but fast isn't everything.

They came and replaced my old hub with a hub 3 about 5 months back and for a short while everything was fine, but now getting intermittent disconnects sometimes as many as three in a minute and virginmedia support desk is as useful as a bag of frogs.

TLDR: ton of RCS Partial Service and SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync in the network log that line up with every disconnect or lag spike

Virginmedia also had a total network failure in my area, so thought they were related, but it continued after they fixed the issue

Tried a pin reset, changing cable and changing power socket. No difference in quality of service.

Still dropping out, with everytime being RCS partial service and SYNC Timing Synchronization, any idea what causes this and if there is anything i can do to resolve this?

The appointment that Virginmedia cancelled on saturday, whilst there was two vans outside my house,  has been rescheduled for friday.

So if this continues that would be over a week without a usable service

finally through to the support desk this morning, they said there is an ongoing issue in my area and the fix date is the 29th of June!!!

That would be two weeks without a proper service 😞

Should I be happy that I've had couple of hours connected this morning? Because it's gone again and not able to acquire a downstream connection,  yet virginmedia think there are no issues in my area! 

Surprised there has been no comment or interaction from any forum support staff either

Virgin fixed the network issue in my area, not sure how hard it is to communicate that there is an ongoing issue in an area
