Hi I have been having issues with the internet connection, it keeps loosing connection on off on off for 11 days now. I live in Cardiff.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I've had a look and I can see that there is currently an SNR (signal to noise ratio) outage in your area which will be causing you slow speeds and connectivity issues. We do apologise about this.

The fault has been raised under the reference F010876280  and is estimated to be fixed by tomorrow.
