intermittent wifi connection

For the last 3 months our Hub 3 router has had a continuous red light on the display. We also have been experiencing regular loss of wifi connection ( 3 / 4 times per day and lasts approx. 1 min and re-connects. Any body experiencing this issue and have any suggestions as to why this is happening?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your hub. You can out more regarding hub lights here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-what-do-the-lights-on-your-hub-mean

If you have done a factory reset with the hub and it's not worked, then it will require replacing. Are you OK with self-install or do you require a tech visit?
