intermittent connection

I've been having issues with the ethernet connection to my hub for quite a while now. recently the wi-fi has started dropping off too.

My hub is giving out this error message

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;


Does anybody have any ideas ?

That's a common error message, you need to post the rest of the log, and the other tabs as well.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your service. 

 

Could you please also post upstream / downstream logs to the thread for us to review? 

Also, do you have a BQM ( Broadband quality monitor) running at the moment? If so, can you please supply the link and we will be happy to take a look 🙂

Thanks for posting back to us,

 

So from taking a look at your account, everything does look okay from our side, there are no faults or outages. 

 

But have seen you haven't rebooted your hub in over 2 months, would you mind just carrying out a pin hole reset just so we can see if there are any issues.
