intermittent Outages

HI,

I've been having intermittent network dropouts (both wired/wireless) for too long now (c. 2yrs!!). Just had a replacement router, but still happening!! As an example, this week dropped out 10 times Sun, 6 times Mon, 1 Wed, 3 times Thurs, 35 times(!) Fri, 2 times today (so far). Only drops out for a minute or two,but that's not the point as it's very frustrating!! Please help.....thanks for any helpful comments. Here's the network log

I'm sorry to see you've been having issues with our broadband services in your local area.

 

I've checked the local area and I can see that there are currently no outages effecting your services.

 

Has this issue since been resolved or is this still on going?

Hi David , Unfortunately this issue is still on-going and has been for several months now. I've recently had the router replaced, but this has made no difference to the issue or frequency it occurs. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear the issue hasn't been sorted. I have checked the systems today and cannot see any issues. All levels are in spec etc. 

 

Can you do a PIN reset for me on the router?
