Having looked online, this seems like it’s been a recurring problem for iphone and Virgin. We switched to Virgin yesterday and my iPhone doesn’t connect. Please help.
The Hub3 comes with the same SSID on both channels. This can confuse some devices. Try renaming the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSIDs with different names, the first ending with -2 and the other with -5 to differentiate them.
Did you do the usual & scan for wifi then connect to the SSID of your VM hub & enter the passphrase in order to connect?My iPhone had no problem connecting or finding the Hub3.
