iPhone WiFi Problem

Having looked online, this seems like it’s been a recurring problem for iphone and Virgin. We switched to Virgin yesterday and my iPhone doesn’t connect. Please help.

Re: iPhone WiFi Problem

The Hub3 comes with the same SSID on both channels.  This can confuse some devices.  Try renaming the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSIDs with different names, the first ending with -2 and the other with -5 to differentiate them.

Re: iPhone WiFi Problem

Did you do the usual & scan for wifi then connect to the SSID of your VM hub & enter the passphrase in order to connect?
My iPhone had no problem connecting or finding the Hub3.

As a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share my knowledge. I don't work for Virgin Media.
