Hi all,
As it says in the title really.
Using the VM connect app I looked to pause my son's internet access, and the app kept crashing. So gave up. Turns out the internet connection did get paused, but the app doesn't recognise this fact and I can't turn it back on, as it says it is not paused.
Can anyone help?

Go into your hub on 192.168.0.1 and then unpause it from there. The app is very flaky. If you still have problems the way out is to do a pin-hole reset of the hub.
