iOS & OSX device connect but no Internet

Hi,

We have a SuperHub 2ac.

Currently no iOS or OSX devices get internet via Ethernet or WiFi. Both connection types have solid connections to the router. But no internet.

Two Windows laptops are connecting and getting internet perfectly well.

I've tried rebooting and resetting the router. The iOS and OSX devices have been restarted and have latest updates.

I'm utterly mystified.

What should I try next?

They need a default gateway and DNS server.

Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : 17 September 2020 12:01:26

Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1

DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 194.168.4.100
194.168.8.100


All is Calm

Internet has now returned for all devices.

I've done no active changes to my router or devices to achieve this result. 

It's just 'fixed' itself. 

I'd rather have understood what the problem is though.

Hi wbuchan, sorry for the delay getting back to you - and the problem you had with IOS devices on your network too. 

 

I've had a check from here using your forum details, there haven't been any known faults or issues logged. I can only assume this was a temporary glitch/compatibility issue.

 

Please let us know if you encounter any more problems so we can go through further checks if needed.
