i have recently lost wifi 5g

i have lost the 5g option on my hub3. i have factory reset it twice but to no avail. help please

When you factory reset the HUB you only have one SSID which combines both 2.4 and 5Ghz bands.

You'd need to access the HUB to split them back out (You may need to check 'Disable Channel Optimization'):

Browse to 192.168.0.1, that's the IP address for logging into the Hub admin pages.

Password on the base of the HUB (NOT the WiFi password!).

Done that its asked for password but doesnt accept the one on the base of the hub
