I upgraded to Hub 4 last week since installation I have had no phone and the worst wifi ever, you sent an engineer a week later (Yesterday) who wasn't qualified to work on Hub 4 fixed the phone and left saying he would escalate, 24 hours later I have heard nothing. I have called your terrible customer support who directs me to a help link that also doesn't support Hub 4 as in your words 'your shiny new Hub 4' cant do fault finding. i have waited nearly 2 hours on hold and still not spoke to someone. the worst service i have experienced.
Wifi is poor on all Virgin hubs and is easily resolved by putting the hub into modem mode and attaching your own better networking equipment.
