hub

Woke up no wifi. On hub  all lights off - tried tests online , tried resetting, nothing .  Went online, the results tells me I need a new hub ..do I really ?  Hub order goes through but right at the end there is no confirmation, only a message saying error with the order ...... Any tips ?  ... all lights on the hub are off .... is it something to do with the settings?
