hub 4 wifi turning off on its own

hub 4 wifi is turned off at all hours off day for know reason i can  see in config files

Hub 4 is defective

called them all i got was a scripted monkey response, not their fault but I did explain the problem and i got reboot and reset

I am so sorry to hear of your Hub 4 Wi-Fi connection issues. Are these ongoing today? If so, can you clarify for me what troubleshooting and diagnostics you've performed thus far?

reset and factory reset and reboots and still ongoing any time of day or night for about 1hr or till i reboot
