Have just installed Hub 3. Ethernet connection to PC is O.K.
However, wifi not working after over an hour and a half from install. White light is on at bottom the Hub 3. Password 'saved' under wifi network id. Wifi connected icon at top of phone is in background with question mark.
How many devices have you tested the wifi connection on? What are they? Can you see your networks ssid in the phones list of connection options? Try resetting the phones network connection and restart phone and try and connect again.

I found a very simple way of correcting this problem as follows: press reset for 30 seconds then turn off power for 1 minute. After power has been switched on again, allow 10 minutes for Hub 3 to reboot.
