high latency, request timeout

Hi everyone, since 3 days i'm experiencing issue with my broadband, i've noticed that my laptop get more time to load web pages, after i've done some checks i noticed that i have ping issues (high time response and request timeout) always on 1 or 2 packets, any solutions or advises?

bear in mind nothing changed on my laptop, no new softwares installed or drivers updated, i scanned my systems with malwarebyte, everything seems fine.
