when am in the wifi at home it wont let me on things ie my eon next app and other things but when i turn my home wifi off on my phone and put my 4g on i can get straight on my eon next app can any1 help

In the Virgin Media online account, check the WebSafe settings & ensure Child Safe is disabled.
