has virgin responded to all the complaints of hub 5 RG reboot command

i got my 1gig installed in jan,within days i’m on to tech support as the hub5 keeps rebooting caused by a RG reboot command in the hubs logs,i’ve had 6 engineers out since jan and i’ve got the 7th coming on thurs caus i’ve had 3 rg reboots in 8 days,i just googled rg reboot and i found dozen and dozens of the same complaints identical to my issues,packet loss/high latency /rg reboot ,its a pretty wide spread problem but after speaking to countless tech support and engineers nobody has a definite answer on what a RG reboot command is which i find bizarre

How is that helpfull,youd be better off saying nothing,so let me understand your helpfull reply,instead of telling the solution or point me in the right direction ive to instead search through 5000 posts to find it👏
