flashing red telephone icon

langridgepeter
On our wavelength

for 8 days now , no landline , just a flashing red telephone icon.

Been reset , rebooted numerous times. unplugged etc etc

I.T (joke ) say its my phone , no issues with line .

I pointed out that this even happens when no landline is plugged in ?/is this right

Bought new phones , did not work , Virgin I.T told me to send them back as there were faulty;ordered new phones.

Virgin I.T say if no fault shows on there system , will not send engineer.

Raised complaint with Virgin

Hi langridgepeter,

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry for the issues you've been facing with your landline service and to hear you've been struggling to get some help.

I can see that you have now been able to book in an engineer appointment with us. Please do keep us posted with how the visit goes, and if you need further help we'll be more than happy to assist

Kind regards

Beth

Can we check...  is this on an old VM landline connection - or is your landline connection via a cable to the VM Hub ?

What Hub model is it ?
