flashing green wi fi light

for the last 5 days my hub has had a green flashing wi fi light on. I have had terrible trouble getting hold of anyone at virgin to help me. they want to me use the message service but you need to be connected to wi fi.... clearly I cant connect and havent been able to connect for days. restarted the hub numerous tones and restarted from the mains. no joy

A flashing wifi light is a known "bug" on Hub3's - but they are still working ok - there is a fix to try. So are you seeing no wifi network connection at all. Can you check on a device connected on ethernet cable and see if that connects to the 'net.
