hi can anyone tell me wen im going live, ive rang several different numbers no one seems to help ny neighbour has had email confirmation but i have not, and nobody at virgin wants to tell me wats going on.

Have you already placed an order for a service ? Or are your waiting for a new build of VM network to open for orders ?
