Our wifi went off after the storms, when it didn't go back on we contacted virgin. We had to wait almost a week for the engineer to come out yesterday and he left with the issue not resolved. We can now get wifi only in certain areas of the house and on certain devices. Even next to the router it is intermittent. I can't work without wifi and I can't take any more holidays to cover the days it's not working. How do I get virgin to resend an engineer? We've had no follow up emails or contact from them.
