i have been having disconnections and  high spikes latency , could some one please check my BQM and logs  thank you

It's disappointing to see the connection issues and problems experienced with your connection, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums. Welcome to the community.

 

We have taken a look at your connection and equipment and although everything looks to be within the specs and ranges we'd expect to see there have been a lot of disconnections over the last few days. The last BQM was posted a couple of days ago, do you have one for the last 24 hours please?
