Hub 3 cool in open but red light on all time and says get closer to hub sitting next to it.
need new hub sending out asap cant get thro on phone been trying every evening no joy,
VM will respond here in a few days.. if you want/need a quicker turnaround then phone is the only way- evening isn’t a great time to call - if you call when lines open (08:00) you should find that you get through a bit quicker..
Been a week now and still no joy . tried calling morning afternoon evening when i get through get cut off. all i want is a new hub as this one is stuck on red light saying overheating. so not safe to leave switched on .
